Sudden Impact Summer Jump Training Program

About The Training Program

 

  • Players will test block jump, approach, standing vertical and standing long jump at the beginning and the end of the program
  • They will undergo concentrated power training focused entirely on improving jumping ability
  • Sessions will last 1 hour
  • All ages are welcome (training methods will differ based on age)

The program includes 10 sessions to be completed between June 15th – August 17th.  Sudden Impact players can come any time, and any day (Mon-Sat, Sat. training is complete by 1 pm) that work during these two months. Results are best achieved when athletes train twice per week, but scheduling is up to the family.
