Summer ERg/rowing technique/conditioning

Class is taught by ex-college rowing athlete, Laura Su, to help clients nail down stroke technique, timing, 2k strategy, and improve overall power.

This class is ideal for those interesting in competitive rowing, in addition to those who are looking for excellent year around indoor cardio. Program runs twice a week for 10 weeks. Email us with any questions:

Volleyball jump training

Maximum Sports Conditioning has set up a summer jump training program for Sudden Impact players that combines innovative training methods to improve power, 4 step approach, block jump, and overall athleticism.
