SATURDAY ADULT TRAINING SESSIONS

MaxSC is offering our brand-new Weekend Warrior Training Program for anyone who has had a serious injury before. It is focused on increasing total body strength, core strength, energy levels, overall well-being all while avoiding re-aggravating the injury. We also include exercises that will strengthen connective tissue surrounding the damaged area.

During the session, we’ll focus on every plane of motion, energy system and perform drills which move the entire body.  We control the tempo of the group, while addressing individual concerns. 

The 1st session will commence Sat Oct 27th 2018 and will run from 10am to 11am. Space will be limited so please call to secure your spot.
