|Laura Su- BS Exercise Science, CSCS, USAW, NASM-CPT, KI|
Laura’s interest in exercise science was sparked when she was an avid teenage equestrian suffering from muscular imbalances due to horseback riding. Her time at physical therapy clinics exposed her to sport specific exercises which led her to start training in the gym all through high school. Her interest in athletics brought her to Seattle Pacific University where she earned a BS in Exercise Science. Additionally, she was an oarswoman for the NCAA Division II SPU Falcons as a novice walk-on. As one of the smallest rowers on the team, Laura quickly saw the important of strength training which pointed her in the direction of a career in athletic strength and conditioning.
When she’s not training in the gym, Laura enjoys hiking, bouldering, riding horses, and running obstacle course races.
