At MaxSC we believe in complete athletic development. We take an integrated approach and think that all systems in the body play a vital role in maximizing biological power.
Our methodology is based around the scientific research that has been proven to improve performance. We also know that all training programs should have a purpose and should have direct transfer to the sport-specific goals of the athlete. For example, the training activities that a lacrosse player performs, should help him/her improve on the field. We DON’T believe in doing exercises just for the sake of exercising.
All of our coaches are professionally certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and/or the United States Weightlifting Association. We have over 95 years of combined coaching/training experience, which ranges from the NCAA Division I level on down.
