At MaxSC we believe in complete athletic development. We take an integrated approach and think that all systems in the body play a vital role in maximizing biological power. Our methodology is based around the scientific research that has been proven to improve performance. We also know that all training programs should have a purpose and should have direct transfer to the sport-specific goals of the athlete. For example, the training activities that a lacrosse player performs, should help him/her improve on the field. All sessions are semi-private and each athlete has  an individualized training program based off their needs and goals.
