As an athlete, you're probably giving your core a good workout several times a week. But, have you ever thought about what's core for your core?
It's your feet! They are the foundation you stand on; and the launch-pad for your strength. Every building needs a good foundation in order to be stable, and so do you. Have your foundation checked out before, during, or after your T/TH training sessions, as Max Sports Conditioning offers the opportunity to be screened by physical therapist, Nancy Silkroski.
For $10, and about 8 minutes of your time, you can find out if you have particular foot structures that predispose you to instability and compensating patterns that can create ongoing musculoskeletal pain.
