Frank Knapp- CSCS, USAWA

He graduated from Cal State University at Chico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. Frank is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, A USAW Sports Performance Coach and a Titleist Performance Institute certified Golf Fitness Instructor.

He spent four years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Stanford University working with numerous National Champions as well as Olympic and professional athletes including 23 NFL Football Players and nearly 20 MLB Draft picks. While at Stanford, he developed strength, speed and agility programs for nearly half of the Cardinal sports, including Baseball, Football, and both Men’s and Women’s Soccer. Frank has worked in both the collegiate and private setting for the last 12 years, working with high level athletes and weekend warriors. His training programs are based on scientifically proven protocols that are designed to maximize an athlete’s potential on all physical and mental levels. He believes that athletic success is the bi-product of hard work, determination and an athlete’s desire to improve on a daily basis.

Frank has always been an avid sports fan and played Football throughout his collegiate career. He resides in Bellevue, with his wife Kristina and enjoys all water sports, snowboarding, golf and the outdoors.
