Adult Athletic Conditioning

Maximum’s Adult Athletic Conditioning Classes are designed to meet the sport-specific needs of every participant and are based around improving overall athleticism, nutritional habits, and developing a competitive training routine that will assure improvement. As a ‘performance enhancement’ facility, our training program is tailored to meet the demands of those who are pursuing excellence in their respective sports, and who aim to maximize their athletic potential.

All sports conditioning classes are specific, progressive and include informative material that athletes can use to further develop their skills and abilities. Physically, they are designed to enhance overall athleticism, movement mechanics, and the root of the specific sporting actions used in that particular sport. They are also designed to help athletes achieve all of their goals (physical and academic), therefore we include educational material and nutritional information (which we cover during the training period) that will assist in the development process.

The physical requirements for the Adult Athletic Conditioning Class will be based on a progressive measurement of improvement. We believe that testing and tracking are extremely important to athletic development. All participants will begin our program in the ‘beginner’ stage of each class will be based on the specific demands of the sport or desired outcome. For example, we will not test football players on the exact same exercises that we test baseball players.

A $249 monthly program membership includes access to all adult conditioning program classes and unlimited facility access. Classes are offered Monday - Friday 6pm to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 11am.
